How to delete your account
- Log in with your mobile number
Use the number linked to your Mr Taster account.
- Enter your verification code
We’ll send a one-time code to confirm it’s you.
- Choose Delete account in Settings
Read the details, tick the confirmation box and confirm deletion.
What is removed?
- Your name, email, date of birth and original mobile number.
- Your profile photo and saved restaurants.
- Your Mr Taster AI conversations and chat history.
- Your connected sign-in identities and notification subscriptions.
Your account is disabled and you’re logged out on every device when deletion completes. This action cannot be undone.
What may remain?
Published reviews, ratings and attached photos remain under an anonymized profile. Their content is not automatically deleted with your account, and they have no automatic expiry.
Some sign-in, device and security records remain for security and audit purposes. Sign-in history and session records currently have no automatic expiry; other security records follow the service’s retention settings.
If you want retained content or data removed, include this in your deletion request to support. Read our Privacy Policy for more information.
Can’t log in?
You can request account and data deletion through our contact form without signing in. Include the mobile number linked to your account and an email where we can reach you. We’ll need to verify account ownership before deleting it.
